These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ellipsis ("the Service"), operated by Ellipsis ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Ellipsis is a personal productivity application designed to help you plan activities, track goals, capture thoughts, and organize your time. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Ellipsis, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We use Clerk for authentication and Google OAuth for sign-in. You agree not to share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.
You own the data you create in Ellipsis — your activities, sparks, goals, workbook answers, and sleep schedules. We store this data on your behalf using Supabase. You may export or delete your data at any time from the Settings page.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to reverse-engineer the application, scrape data, circumvent authentication, or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
Ellipsis is currently in beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time. We will do our best to communicate significant changes in advance.
The Service is currently free during the beta period. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will give existing users reasonable advance notice before any changes take effect.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ellipsis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
